This is a disclaimer regarding the receipt of items to review.

From time to time, I recieve various items free of charge.  The reasons for this can include, but is not limited to:

• Gifts
• Solicited for review
• Un-Solicited for review
• Prizes
• Bought by friends

While I have no personal investment in these, I still try to evaluate and review to the same standard as items I personally purchase.

In no way does this influence my opinions, nor does it guarantee a review.

Currently at Smokes and Booze, we do not accept paid advertising - and that is something I wish to continue.

We do have two banner adds, Pints for Prostates and 44 Stone Public House.

Pints for Prostates is a non-for profit charity, and is something I stand behind - therefore I give them product placement at my own discression.

Meanwhile, 44 Stone Public House is an establishment I frequent quite often, and personally endorse.  This too was unsolicited and at my choosing.  I have gotten to know Mark and Dave fairly well, and while I may get a free pint from time to time - in no way is this intended to buy reviews, nor does it have an impact on my thoughts.
